Digital Products Are Non-Refundable
All digital products — source code, scripts, license keys, and downloadable files — are non-refundable once delivered. By completing checkout, you acknowledge and accept this policy.
Why digital products are non-refundable
Digital products are delivered electronically and cannot be "returned." Once source code is downloaded or a license key is issued, the buyer always retains a copy and there is no way to prevent misuse. This is a global industry standard for digital goods.
For this reason, before purchasing we strongly recommend that you:
- Test the live demo of the product (where available)
- Read the full product description, features, and requirements
- Confirm it is compatible with your environment / hosting / use case
- Contact support with any questions before purchasing
Exception — Critical Defects
If a delivered digital product has a critical defect that makes normal use impossible (e.g., corrupted files, license key not working, or an advertised feature is completely broken), contact our support team within 7 days of delivery. We will provide a fix, replacement, or store credit at our discretion. This is not a "did not like" or "changed mind" refund — it is a remedy for product failure.
Physical Product Refund Policy
For physical products, you may request a return or refund within 7 days of delivery, subject to the following conditions:
- Product must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging
- All tags, manuals, and accessories must be intact
- Proof of purchase (order number) must be provided
- Return shipping costs are paid by the buyer (unless product was defective or incorrect)
How to request a refund
- Contact our support team with your order number and a description of the issue
- We will issue a return authorization and shipping address
- Securely ship the product back
- Once received and inspected, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-14 business days
What is not refundable
- Custom-ordered physical items
- Used, damaged, or altered products
- Shipping charges (unless the product was defective)
- Any digital product, license key, affiliate commission, or subscription fee
Cancellations
You may cancel any order before payment is approved and processing begins. Once payment is approved, digital products are delivered instantly and cannot be cancelled. For physical products, cancellation may be possible if the order has not yet shipped.
